Transient protection for LAN high-speed data Line-to-GND and Line-to-Line

AZ3133-08F’s ESD protection level could be as high as ±30kV and the EFT protection level up to 80A. Furthermore, AZ3133-08F also includes surge protection design, low capacitance diode arrays to protect high speed data lines. AZ3133-08F is a unique TVS designed with EOS protection ability, the surge robustness of IEC61000-4-5 is 45A for every I/O pin. AZ3133-08F has been specifically designed to protect sensitive components which are connected to data and transmission lines.
